The Path of Destruction

No, I'm not talking about the L.A. Fires. I'm talking about the Carrot Fiasco.

This is what happens when Mark throws an unsealed bag of carrots at you.

Next time I'll seal it. And it'll be bowling balls, not carrots. And I won't miss.

In my family we have the tradition of humming a baked potato down a hallway in a fight. The key is to start with a well baked potato and aim at something along the wall, a doorknob, thermostat, or what-not. The potato will practially explode. Very dramatic.

Now there's some practical advice!

I love this blog.

This wasn't a fight. This was in response to the innocent request "can I have a carrot." sheesh!!!

Michelle's right. In fact we really never fight. And any disagreements we've had have been settled without vegetables.

As long as we're correcting the record though, this was the evening's second carrot toss. Earlier, when I asked for a carrot Michelle hurled the bag in my direction.

The difference, I guess, is that I had the good sense to catch it.

No, dude, the difference is that when I "hurled" (read: tossed) the bag, it hadn't even been opened yet! Thus, a handy guarantee that the carrots would stay snugly in place.

Mmm. Let me know when you're leaving work and I'll put a couple potatoes in the oven.

What's not to love about this blog?
It puts me to sleep with a smile and wakes me up with hysterics.

any excuse will work for a good baked potato hurl.
