Hey Mark...since it looks like we are on the map of your trip...I will MAKE YOU SOME BAKED ZITI!
In the meantime, I will tell you what I do - not really an official recipe and in the morning I will have the real expert make any changes she deems necessary. I will e-mail it to you tomorrow -I think it might be too much for the blog.
I will also take pictures of everyone tomorrow and send them to you -can you guys do the same?
