Sorry, I didn't get the instructions about photos until after thanksgiving. I went to Judy's for dinner. Leah got a new camera and took a photo of all of us taking phone photos of her. I'll get her to email it to me. On Friday, Andy and I went to Lexington to see his siblings and parents. So I got two great dinners. As a bonus, I made off with the turkey carass from my Friday dinner and am getting ready to tuck into turkey and sausage gumbo.
oh gumbo! Sing the gumbo song! Duck and sausage gumbo! Tomorrow - oh! Can hardly wait.
you can take the girl out of New Orleans but you can't take New Orleans out of the girl. gumbo, yum.
Looks like a great job, Val. Can you bake a mince meat pie? Mark can. It was excellent!

No, I've never tried my hand at mincemeat pie -- sounds great, tho! I'll have to put that on my list of things to try....
