I'm officially a lender

I came across this great looking site Kiva while wasting time reading the Radical Congruency blog tonite.

Kiva lets you make microloans to small business owners around the world. These folks above sell fruits and vegetables in Kampong Chan. They requested a $600 loan to help them buy a motorcycle to transport their stuff. I like the idea of helping this lady buy a motorcycle in Kampong Chan, wherever the hell that is. I loaned her $50. You can see on the site that James in Des Moines and Paul in Las Vegas also loaned her money, along with a bunch of other people. Pretty cool.
