I've had green chile and blue corn but not green corn, what gives?
I don't know the details about what goes into them, and why they are the colors they are. I just eat them whenever I can. Dee-lish.
I believe El Cholo, by the way, means literally ... "The Cholo."
What is cholo? Anyone?
